Please make sure to check if your question has already been answered below prior to contacting us!


Are there still free apartments? / I would like an offer!

Nothing easier than that. Please click on the button "Availability/Booking" and enter your request details, then submit via the button "Send Request". Immediately afterwards the booking system will show you the available apartments and what the complete arrangement for the desired time will cost. (In case you intend to book for a longer period than 4 months you will have to follow the guidelines in the booking system!). In case you do not receive a result, it is possible that all the apartments are occupied or that there are gaps in the booking list which will have to be optimized manually. In such an event please send an email with your request to mail@lucernebusinessapartments.ch



Can I have a look at the whole complex/an apartment prior to booking?

Yes, please call us by phone. We can also provide you with additional details, such as fotos, plans, etc.!



I'd like to book online!

We're pleased to hear that. If your days of stay and count of persons is correct, please hit the button "Book" and fill in all details. This way, you can save the booking fee of 25.- CHF.
We are bound by law to fill out a hotel-registration form for your stay.



I'd like to book via email/phone!

You're also welcome to book this way. However, for our inconveniences we must raise a fee of 25.- CHF. In case you do book via email please include your personal information according to the list above. This way you can reach us anytime and there won't be any misunderstandings.



We are a group of people and we need several apartments!

This can also easily be accomplished. You may query/book up to 5 apartments at the same time. In case you need more than 5 apartments, please tell us so by email at mail@lucernebusinessapartments.ch



How will I get the reservation / payment instructions?

When you book online, you will immediately receive the reservation confirmation along with payment instructions. The total costs will be deducted from your balance. As soon as this is done, the reservation is considered to be definite and you will get the key code for your apartment via email or phone in time.
When booking via email our employees will send you the reservation confirmation / payment instructions via email. As soon as we have received your payment the reservation is considered to be definite and you will get the key code for your apartment via email or phone.



How can I pay?

Since we don't have a reception in the apartment complex we depend on the lease for regular rental agreements to be paid prior to arriving. This may happen via bank transfer or using a credit card. As soon as we have received your payment, you will be told the key code.



Can I pay in parts?

This is only possible when staying for a longer time period. The part payments can e.g. be paid monthly or quarterly based on agreement.



I'd like to make a provisional booking!

This is only constrictively possible, or not possible at all. There are just so many rooms as there are!



I'd like to cancel my reservation!

What a bummer! We will do our best to lease the vacancy as soon as possible. Until we are able to do so again you are liable and bound as laid out in our general terms and conditions (TAC). According to experience we are able to lease the apartments again in a short period of time, due to our low, out of competition prices.



I'd like to stay longer!

Thank you! Please give us notice of this as soon as possible. We will try to make sure you can stay in the same apartment. If this is not possible you will get the next available apartment.



My departure is earlier than planned!

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to lease the vacant apartment as soon as possible. Until we are able to do so, you are liable according to our general terms and conditions. Based on our experience we are able to soon lease the apartment again due to our fair prices.



There's three of us!

For short stays we are able to provide you with futton mattresses.
(Please choose the extra bed during booking)!



Are there baby beds (for kids up to two years of age)?

Yes, please ask us! Older kids have to sleep in a normal bed and count as grown ups.



How can I get into the apartment?

Very simple! Using the code you have been given you can then access the apartment.
In case you are booking on-site you will be given the code at the check-in.



I depart

Please leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived (clean swept). Have a good and safe trip home!



Who can help me with problems?

Since there's no reception in-house, you can reach our competent coworkers under the mobile number +41 (0)79 663 89 20. We will then try to aid you with the solution to your problem.



Pricing / VAT (value added tax)

Because of the ideal preconditions such as optimal, easy to treat equipment and low administrative expenses we reach a high utilization which allows us to offer our apartmens for a very good price. Our pricing model includes everything: completely furnished apartment including a coffee machine, power, water, heating, garbage disposal, TV and internet access, laundry and cleaning service and the compulsory value added tax.



Public transportation

In close proximity there are frequently serviced bus stops that lead in all directions. Travel to and from our apartment complex can easily be done with public transportation.

Parking lots

In the nearby parking house there are about 100 parking spaces (there's a direct entry to the hotel).



I would like to check-in earlier or check-out later

This is only partially possible. Please contact the booking office. Normally the apartments are in use and are only vacant for a short period of time to allow cleaning. (Regular check-in past 4 pm; regular check-out till 10 am)



Cleaning service / changing laundry

All apartments are clean swept prior to arrival and equipped with fresh laundry. Cleaning during a stay happens on a two week basis. Our apartments are equipped with bed linen (nordic), bath and kitchen linen (depends on the number of visitors). Change of laundry is done on a weekly basis. More frequent changes and cleaning are subject to agreement and have to be paid for. (When using 1 bed, 55.- CHF per time / When two beds are used, 70.- CHF per time)

LBA bleongs to the company group of Joe Hegglin which deals with building, renting and selling real estate in such areas as homestead and complexes since 1976.

What's the difference between a regular hotel and LucerneBusinessApartments Braui (LBA)?

Your advantage with us: You get remarkably more for less money!
With us, you are absolutely private and autonomous and can come in and leave whenever you like. You live in your own, completely furnished apartment with all bells and whistles. For you as our guest we provide you with bed, bath and kitchen linen which gets exchanged on a two week basis normally. With us, you won't get your apartment cleaned on a daily basis but on a weekly basis. Since most of our customers usually book for a longer time period we are in no need of a reception. However, a contact person can be reached by phone at all times. Since each apartment has its own kitchen there is no breakfast room or dining room. Food and refreshments are easily available in the nearby restaurants. You can wash and dry your private clothing in the washing machine of the complex. For use by all we provide a flat iron.
